CANCELLATION POLICY :
Low Period:
Cancellations notice are required at least 4 days before
the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package
charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall
be charged to the guest
Peak Period :
Cancellations notice are required at least 8 days before
the scheduled check in date, otherwise one night/package
charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall
be charged to the guest
Last Minute Booking:
Booking made within 4 days prior to check in date are
non-refundable and non-transferable. A one night/package
charges for the total rooms/packages reserved shall
be charged to the guest
NO SHOW:
In the event of NO SHOW, a full length of the total
rooms/packages reserved shall be charged to the guest
BREAKFAST RATES
Adults : RM 21.60 ++ per Adult.
Child : RM 17.25 ++ per Child.

A Surcharge of RM51.75 ++ per room per night
