RATES INCLUDES :

Rates are quoted for a single and double with breakfast as indicated above.

Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

Where ever indicated nett rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 5% government tax.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•
Surcharge of RM60.00 nett is applicable during Peak Period as shown below.
•
Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM60.00 nett per bed per night inclusive of one breakfast.
•
Children below 12 years old sharing room with parent is free of charge, however extra breakfast are chargeable at RM20.00 nett per person. Maximum occupancy per room are two(2) adults and two (2 ) children.
•
Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•
Check In Time : 1.00 pm
•
Baby Cots are available upon request and its free-of-charge.
•
Airport transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or group).
•
Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•
All major credit card are acceptable.
•
Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit
•
Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•
Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.



CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW .
-
Peak Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW .




BREAKFAST RATES

Adults : RM 20.00 nett per Adult.
Child : RM 12.00 nett per Child.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Taxi from Airport : RM 70.00 per taxi for 4 adults.
Van provided by resort : RM120.00 per van per way for 5 persons.
